This Shipping Policy outlines the details of our shipping process, including delivery times, fees, pre-orders, and other relevant information.
Pre-Order Shipping Policy
Any pre-order item will be shipped within 1-2 business days of the product release date. If an order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order will be shipped on the pre-order product release date. When multiple pre-order products have different release dates, the order will be fulfilled on the latest release date. Please note that product release dates are subject to change by their respective manufacturers.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. The exact shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process, allowing you to review and confirm before completing your purchase. We offer free standard shipping for orders valued at $200 or more.
Package Insurance
When placing an order, you will have the option to purchase Route Package Protection. This will cover lost, stolen, and damaged items. If this service is selected, it will cover all items in the specific order. For more detailed information about the coverage, please refer to Route’s Package Protection Policies.
Order Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase. Any orders placed after 3 PM Eastern Time, with an expedited shipping service selected, will be processed the following business day. Please note that during peak seasons and holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. Pre-orders (including orders that contain both pre-orders and in-stock items) will ship out within 1-2 business days of the latest pre-order release date.
Delivery Times
Delivery times may vary based on your location, chosen shipping method, pre-orders, and product availability. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, please note that delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and progress of your shipment.
Undeliverable Packages
In the event that a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or other reasons beyond our control, the package will be returned to us. Once the package is returned, if the address is determined to be invalid, we will refund the full amount of the order.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost or arrives in a damaged condition, please contact our shipping department (shipping@thecardguysllc.com) as soon as possible. Please include detailed pictures as well as the order number. We will work with our shipping department to investigate the issue and provide a suitable solution.
